SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Melano Jewellery Australia and New Zealand ships from Northern Beaches NSW Australia. Orders for in stock items are processed and generally shipped within 24hrs upon receiving payment unless advised otherwise via email. 

We are partnered with Australia Post. Shipping charges within Australia include GST
$8.95 includes tracking flat rate, or $15 express post

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $99.

Melano will not be held accountable if the parcel is shown as delivered by Australia Post tracking website.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL / NEW ZEALAND 

All orders to be sent internationally including New Zealand must be sent via registered post with tracking will incur a $20-$28 international delivery fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

*** International return shipping is at the expense of the customer.  Please note that the international shipping costs that Melano Jewellery provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia.
