  • Present, promote and sell products to potential retail clients
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Service existing clientele


  • Experience is perfered
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience working in the jewellery industry preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with people quickly through a positive and flexible attitude
  • A high standard of personal presentation and pride in one’s work
  • Refined selling skills with the ability to confidently demonstrate products and services suited to individual customers, in order to build relationships by delivering an exceptional experience resulting in positive sales outcomes and ongoing customer engagement
  • Own car required for travel
